Dear Aspirant,
We want to thank you for the interest you’ve shown in the Qu-League.
To become a full Qu-member you have to follow these rules:
The rules for the new members:
- The Aspirant will make an announcement to the Qu-member at the beginning of the mission that he’s an Aspirant.
- The Qu-captain will take notes of the tonnage and the outcome of the mission, and send that to the Fleet-commander (Qu-8) or his 2nd Commander (Qu-7).
- Every Aspirant must complete 6 missions (trials), before he will get an official Qu-name, Qu-nigma, rules of promotion, a conning tower, …
- During the trials, notes will be kept about the sunken tonnage and the survival rate. This to see if it’s a good sub or a beginner (all are welcome).
- A trail counts if there is at least one official Qu-member (>done more then 10 missions as Qu-member) in the mission present. He will decide if it’s a legal trial or not, and will inform the Aspirant.
- Every Qu-member may propose a newcomer (Aspirant).
- An Aspirant is always proposed to the other Staff-Commanders (Qu-8, Qu-7, Qu-3 and Qu-U). Any Qu-Captain can express a reason to reject an Aspirant. The Commanders will unanimous decide if it's important or not. Only they can reject an aspirant
- The Staff-commanders have a veto-right to accept or reject an Aspirant.
- Only Qu-members who sailed 10 missions with other Qu-members may monitor a new Aspirant. Otherwise, the mission will not count as a trial.
If there are any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, we will answer.
”The pre-condition of success is, in addition to an aggressive spirit, a capacity for making quick decisions, initiative, tenacious endurance, and unfailing skill!”
